Leslie has over 13 years of experience in the field of child and adolescent mental healthcare. Prior to joining Right Track Medical Group, Leslie was clinical director at a psychiatric residential treatment center for children, adolescents, and young adults, where she developed therapeutic programming and supervised clinical staff at nine locations across Mississippi.
