Right Track Now Offering In-Office and Telepsychiatry Appointments

On Friday, April 24, Gov. Tate Reeves announced his new “safer at home” order, which eased restriction imposed of the coronavirus pandemic. This new policy allows clinics to resume in-office visits for non-essential or emergent clinic appointments, while still encouraging the use of telehealth when possible and as appropriate for medical assessment and treatment.

Based on this updated order, Right Track Medical Group is now offering both in-office and telepsychiatry appointments for current and new patients at clinics as municipal and county laws allow.

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff during in-office visits, and adhere to guidelines set forth by the Mississippi State Department of Health, Right Track has established the following procedures:

All staff, providers and patients will be required to wear face masks.

Upon arrival, we ask that you wait in your vehicle and call the office instead of coming into the waiting room. This will ensure patients maintain social distancing.

  • All staff, providers and patients will be required to maintain a minimum separation of 6 feet.

  • Hand hygiene resources will be readily available for patients and providers throughout the clinic.

  • A maximum of one provider will attend each patient.

  • If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have possibly been exposed to the virus, you are required to limit your appointment to telepsychiatry.

Right Track Medical Group is committed to providing quality mental healthcare, while always prioritizing the safety of our patients. If you have questions or would like to make an appointment, please contact your local Right Track clinic.
