In a new podcast called South of Fine, Right Track Medical Group's team of experienced mental health care professionals will work to break down that stigma and normalize treatment through open conversation about the challenges we all face.
The bi-monthly podcast will launch on June 3, with a discussion about how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our mental health. Future topics will include stress and anxiety in children, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in healthcare workers and college students and stress. Episodes will also attempt to dissect how the South's cultural and societal norms perpetuate many of these mental health struggles.
Guests for South of Fine will include experts from Right Track Medical Group and healthcare and community leaders from across Mississippi. The podcast will be hosted by Rhes Low, director of strategy for Red Window Communications. As a journalist and actor, Low has spent nearly 20 years studying human nature and enjoys exploring how the physical, familial and cultural effects the mind and manifests in positive or negative ways.
